The Western Cape of South Africa is an absolutely unique and charming spot for winegrowing. One of the most southern points on the tip of Africa, the region sees a dry, scorching climate. Thanks to the influences that come from the nearby Atlantic Ocean, the bright and summery days are mitigated by cooler moments. Fruit is planted at lower elevations, which allows for full ripening and flavor development. Bold and full-bodied, our Wisdom Point Shiraz is a standard representation of the varietal. This wine is deep in color and has a weighty texture and body. Featuring a bright fruit-forward flavor profile, every sip is enhanced by a spiciness on the palate, typical of Shiraz.
