After you’ve completed a short wine profile quiz, Firstleaf reviews your preferences and offers you a special introductory order. From there on, you can rate every Firstleaf wine you receive. This helps us to tailor every shipment according to your tastes, evolving your orders with your preferences.
After you rate at least 3 Firstleaf bottles, our selections have a 96% probability that you’ll like them.
What’s the frequency of wine deliveries, and can I customize my delivery schedule?
Most of our members opt for monthly delivery, but you can pause orders or update their frequency at any time.
Is there a minimum commitment period for the subscription?
No. You can pause, delay, or cancel your Firstleaf wine subscription at any time.
What is your return or exchange policy if I receive a wine I don't enjoy?
Firstleaf has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with a wine we’ve sent you, we’ll credit you for the cost of the bottle in your next shipment.

What does the Wine Concierge service involve?
