Winemaking These Sauvignon Blanc grapes are harvested by hand, meaning crews can inspect for quality as they go, leading to less sorting needed at the winery. Fermentation occurs at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve natural aromatics. After fermentation, the wine is stirred to allow its naturally occurring sediment, “lees,” to add satisfying softness and fullness to the mouthfeel before it is filtered and bottled.

Vintage The 2023 growing season was a roller coaster for Chilean vineyards, as frost, extreme heat and summer storms took turns testing local winemakers’ resilience and adaptability.
