Winemaking The magic begins to unfold after the harvest when violet clusters of ripe Malbec grapes are sorted to select the best fruit. Those chosen are tenderly crushed before the juice and grape skins mingle in cool temperatures for three days. Fermentation follows, taking place in stainless steel tanks to unlock Malbec’s pure, fruit driven character. Before bottling, the wine spends ten months on French oak to harmonize flavor and texture.

Vintage The 2021 vintage for Mendoza was slow and steady. The growing season was cooler than usual, meaning grapes stayed on the vine well into autumn to take advantage of warm, sunny days.
