Entresaltos invites you to slow down, be present and appreciate the beauty of life's in-between moments. Our Sauvignon Blanc makes it easy to unwind with layers of tropical and stone fruit notes and full, juicy textures. This wine is harvested by hand from old vines in the sunny soils of Curicó Valley. It leans toward the riper side of Sauvignon Blanc styles and makes an excellent choice for anyone who loves rich white wines like Viognier or Sémillon looking to try something with a touch more brightness. Nestled in the heart of Chile's Central Valley, the Curicó Valley is a wine lover's dream and a viticultural gem. This sub-region is home to numerous microclimates and soil types, allowing it to host 30 different grape varieties—more than any other region in Chile. Vineyards on the eastern side experience cool temperatures from the Andes Mountains, while most of the valley enjoys a warm Mediterranean climate. It has two subregions, Teno in the north and Lontue in the south and is best known for dark-fruited Cabernet Sauvignon, spicy Syrah, and fruit-driven styles of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
