With the intensity and depth of flavor only old vine grapes can produce, this unique red delighted us from the moment we tried it.
Encendio comes from the famed Campo de Borja wine region of Spain. Nestled between the Ebro River Valley and the Moncayo mountain range, Campo de Borja provides vineyards with a microclimate of remarkable versatility, This combination of centuries of winemaking expertise with verdant natural resources, produces some of the finest wines in all of Spain year after year for nearly a millennium.
