Our Earth’s Draw Merlot showcases the harmonious relationship between human and nature. This fruit-forward wine offers decadent dark fruit flavors with a refreshing, herbal lift. Our local winemaking partners have been working the land in Sonoma County for over 50 years and see nature as the driving force behind what they do. This diverse region offers various microclimates that affect each vineyard’s unique growing conditions and ecosystem. Merlot thrives in this environment where it can showcase cool and warm-climate characteristics depending on location. Our 2020 vintage falls right in the middle of these two expressions with its full body, modest acidity, and plump fruit flavors. A skilled touch of oak-softened, sturdy tannins results in an enjoyable wine on its own or alongside roasted potatoes, grilled steak, or a hardy stew.
