Winemaking Our cava features Spain’s native grapes—Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Following the traditional method, it undergoes a second fermentation inside the bottle to create delightful bubbles, followed by a lengthy aging process. To craft cava’s Brut Nature style, winemakers forgo the final dosage, an optional step where adding wine and natural sugar softens acidity and emphasizes fruitiness. Without it, these styles are exceptionally crisp and dry, with an elegant balance of fruit flavors and savory characteristics.
Vintage Instead of representing a single year’s harvest, our Creció Brut Nature is a skillful blend of wines from multiple vintages. Non-vintage wines are common in sparkling winemaking, admired for their ability to uphold a consistent house style and capitalize on th ...
