Winemaking After gently sorting through the bounty of this year’s harvest, we fermented the wine at cool temperatures in stainless steel. Our winemakers stay vigilant throughout the wine’s journey to ensure we capture the pristine conditions Mother Nature gifted us this year. A modest touch of oak adds further depth and roundness, highlighting just enough structure without over-whelming crisp textures or fruit flavors.
