Celebrate life's joyous moments with our "Best of Class" Prosecco Rosé
ABOUT THIS WINE:
Prima Foglia
Prosecco Rosé
Our Prima Foglia (translating to "First Leaf") Extra Dry Prosecco Rosé is elegant, refreshing and incredibly special. The Veneto region in northeastern Italy is home to the famous Prosseco DOC. Until the year 2020, this region did not permit the production of rosé wines. This bottle is a delicious taste of this exciting turn of events. The region's Mediterranean climate is perfect for grape growing. Dry conditions and warm sunshine aid ripening, while cool breezes from the Adriatic Sea preserve the fruit's natural acidity. To use the Prosecco DOC classification, winemakers follow strict rules and regulations related to grape varieties, vineyard management, winemaking techniques and more. Our Prosecco Rosé was made in accordance with these rules, meaning it represents the signature regional style—a light, fruity sipper that is sure to disappear quickly once opened. Enjoy it on a weeken ...

WINE REGION:
Italy
While France takes the crown for the most famous wines styles and grape varieties, Italy is where wine was first perfected. The ancient Greeks called it Oenotria—"land of the vines"—and the Roman Empire advanced grape growing and winemaking to a level of quality we still enjoy today. But behind Italy's best-known wines, such as Chianti, Barolo and prosecco, there's an almost endless diversity of delights awaiting the intrepid explorer. The key to understanding Italian wine is regionality and (of course) food. From the aromatic and sparkling whites of the north to Sicily's rich and spicy reds, Italy offers wine lovers a lifetime of gastronomic treats.
